1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the t666 platform — including its website, mobile experience, games, betting markets, and promotional offers — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the "User") and t666 (the "Platform"). If you do not agree to any portion of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

t666 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. 2. Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an account on t666, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. t666 strictly enforces these requirements and may request documentary evidence at any stage to verify compliance:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Access by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited and any account found to be operated by an underage person will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false or misleading details is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• You must be the legal owner or authorized user of any payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank account, or card) used to fund your t666 account.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gaming register, nor may you use t666 if you have previously been excluded or banned from the platform for any reason.

t666 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. Failure to complete KYC checks satisfactorily may result in the suspension of withdrawals or full account closure. We are committed to preventing underage gambling and money laundering in accordance with our platform's internal compliance framework.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on t666. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, IP address, or device — is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any winnings being voided. The following rules govern account security and usage:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify t666 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. t666 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account use where the User failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
• t666 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where fraud, abuse, irregular betting patterns, or violations of these terms are detected.
• In the event that an account is closed by t666 due to a terms violation, any bonus funds, pending winnings, or promotional credits associated with that account may be forfeited entirely.

To protect our users and maintain platform integrity, t666 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account activity around the clock. Any activity flagged as suspicious will be investigated, and affected accounts may be temporarily restricted pending the outcome of such investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

t666 supports a range of payment methods to serve players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Any deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment methods will result in the immediate suspension of the associated account and forfeiture of all funds. t666 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial institutions in any investigation involving fraudulent transactions on its platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

t666 offers various promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder for whom they were issued. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

t666 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered users. To maintain platform integrity and protect all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account closure and permanent banning from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on t666.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system errors, or engage in any form of match-fixing or coordinated betting strategy designed to defraud the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the t666 platform. Any suspicion of such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior towards other users or t666 staff members in any communication channel, including live chat, email, or on-platform messaging.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain credits, winnings, or any other advantage. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a technical error will be void and must be returned.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, the platform will act swiftly and decisively to protect the integrity of its games and the interests of legitimate players. All actions taken by t666 in response to prohibited conduct are at the platform's sole discretion and are not subject to external appeal.

7. Responsible Gaming

t666 takes its responsibility to promote safe and sustainable gambling practices seriously. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we are committed to providing tools and resources to help our users manage their gambling activity responsibly. Users are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits via their account settings to support healthy gambling habits.

If a user believes that gambling is adversely affecting their personal finances, relationships, mental health, or wellbeing, they are strongly encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion feature available within the t666 account portal. A self-exclusion request will prevent access to gaming activities for a minimum period of six (6) months. During the self-exclusion period, marketing communications from t666 will be suppressed. All content available on the t666 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, images, audio clips, video content, software, game titles, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of t666 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the t666 platform in any way without the prior written consent of t666. Any unauthorized use of platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may subject the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t666, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or t666 was advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from: service interruptions, technical errors, unauthorized account access, or decisions made based on information provided on the platform.

In all cases, t666's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their t666 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

t666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where it is reasonably practicable to do so, we will also notify registered users of significant changes via their registered email address or through an on-site notification displayed upon login.

Your continued use of the t666 platform following the publication of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately and submit a request to close your account through our support team.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal compliance framework and operational policies of t666. In the event of any dispute between a user and t666, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of it being raised, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration under rules mutually agreed upon by the parties.
